Details of the EMCC Thames Valley Group group meeting 25th September 2017

 

I am delighted to have Judy James attending our network event and she will provide a CPD workshop on: Working with Emotion – Fostering Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Workplace Well-being.

A basic understanding of emotion, emotional reactions and interpersonal dynamics at work are essential attributes for coaching professionals: This 2 hour session will explore that notion and provide an overview of:-

Emotion at work in the workplace.
The interplay between emotion, thought and action.
Stress-related illness in organisations; the relationship between emotional and mental health.
Emotional Intelligence – understanding and developing emotional intelligence, both for the coach and coachee, to enable them to work most effectively together.

About the EMCC Thames Valley Network Group:

This event is open to all those who are interested in or are delivering coaching and mentoring either as an in-house coach or mentor or who provide professional coaching and mentoring services.

Whilst the EMCC is a membership organisation, we invite all members and none members to participate in this educational event.

The  event will include an opportunity to meet with peer professionals within the coaching and mentoring sector, hear about the latest industry news from the EMCC.

About Tim Anderson
Tim has over thirty years’ experience within the sales environment as a sales person, a sales manager, a sales director and as a mentor and coach. He has run sales teams as a sales director within the IT sector as a direct re seller, a VAR and as an MSP. He has developed and exited from two IT businesses and supported three training and development organisations to grow their businesses by supporting their commercial offering. He has taken these teams through change initiatives . Tim continues to develop himself as a coach and has successfully taken his coaching into executive and leadership coaching. He has combined coaching with management and leadership development and regularly supports senior managers to take their next step upward in their careers. He is a qualified coach and a Chartered Manager and also holds a degree in professional consulting.
