Leadership and Management Development

Sales Improvement Services offer a range of management development support both accredited and none accredited.

Our key differentiator is our ability to deliver development that is focused on business requirements and align individual development to their specific personal and business goals.

Our programmes range form level 3 management support through to senior, director level programmes at Level 7 where we work in partnership with the Buckinghamshire College Group who are an awarding center for the ILM and CMI programmes. We also have a range of none accredited training that offers organisations opportunities to take advantage of custom and bespoke training and development.

Management Qualifications

We work in partnership with Taylor Mason Training and Development and can provide a range of business development programmes both private and public.

The Award provides an introduction to the skills, roles and responsibilities of this management area. It will also develop the basic knowledge by focusing on the development of specific management skills.

The Certificate gives a broader knowledge of effective management skills while focusing on the specific management areas appropriate to your own workplace.

The Diploma provides a detailed and comprehensive programme giving you all the skills and competencies you will need to become an effective line manager.
